Performance Fees 

The Civil War Dance Foundation is a non-profit corporation chartered by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  It is recognized by the U. S. Internal Revenue Service as a Section 501(c)(3) charitable organization.  The Civil War Dance Foundation is also registered with the Pennsylvania Department of State, Bureau of Charitable Organizations. 

None of the members of the Foundation are compensated for their services.  All of the income earned by the organization is used to present programs and to make donations to promote historic preservation and education.

Fees for programs are negotiable based on the a variety of factors, including the nature of the program, whether admission is charged for the program, type of event, travel distance, number of CWDF participants required, whether the sponsor or event is nonprofit, whether the event requires overnight accommodations, etc. 

Generally, there is a charge for the Foundation programs plus expenses for participants, including meals and hotel/motel.  For more information on contracting with the Civil War Dance Foundation for your event, please contact us.
